A little bit about me ...
Constance Fein Harding
I was born in 1961 in New York, USA as a diplomat’s daughter. My father was Dutch and my mother was Belgian (a Walloon on the French side). I spent the early part of my life moving every 3 - 4 years from one country to another. I went from New York to Chile to Teheran to Maryland, USA to Bangkok to Nairobi to Geneva and finally to Leiden, Holland for just a few months before ...
... I met my husband in Waipukurau in 1981. After 4 children (twins in the mix) and living there for about 37 years, we moved to Napier where we now live by the sea with a view from which many of my sailboat and ship images are taken.
My creative photographic journey began in 2011. I am self-taught and use only my own photographs to create my works. I love the freedom of impressionism and I love adding my own textures to my images in the hope of giving them a painterly look. Editing and layering my photographs and seeing where it takes me is when I'm in my happy place.
Information on Prints -
Prints can purchased here. They are in alphabetical order of their title.
Most of my works are sold mainly as Limited Editions of 30 or 70. Once the last work is sold the Edition is retired.
Limited Editions are signed and numbered and presented with a Certificate of Authenticity.
I use Giclée print method on museum quality Hahnemühle archival paper.
I do my own printing. Custom sizes are available. Please contact me.
